I went to the car wash tonight at approx 8pm. I found 1 car waiting to use the manual car wash, 1 person doing their own, while the 3 other manual car wash's were out of order. I chose to do the automatic car wash, and chose the $12 basic wash. I had no problem in the car wash, but when I pulled up to do my interior, I found the bird poo that had already been on my car, the bird poo specifically came to be washed off still on there. The car wash did nothing but spread the dirt on my car and did not clean it at all. I'm a very unhappy customer

I put $20 note in machine to have my car washed tonight.
Your machine ate it without giving any money out.
I have called Security and left my name with Brian.
I will be there tomorrow to retrieve my $20
you missed out on several lots of business as I told them what it had done to me.
I hope this problem is fixed in the near future as disgruntled customers atm

Paul same thing happened to me today. But I paid $14 for the Ultimate wash. It was 5:10 on a Friday afternoon. They are apparently open until 5:30 but the office was locked up and no one would answer the telephone. I want a full refund also and if I can't get a hold of anyone from Car Lovers I will be going to Lake Haven Center Management on Monday.

I just drove for over 10 minutes to get to your LakeHaven NSW car wash site and inserted $12.00 for the Deluxe wash at 1.30 pm this afternoon.
As I drove into the automatic section, my car was sprayed before I even go to the Stop plate. I proceeded to the Stop point but the Stop light would not go on.
I reversed out to try again...nothing. So, your faulty machine has cost me $12.00 for nothing and great frustration.
I expect a full refund of my money.
