I worked there when Daphne’ and Rex owned the shop and there would have been no way a customer would have been treated like that as we would have been racked over the coals big time .they where lovely people to work for they treated you like family.

Worst customer service I've ever received. Walk in & there was 3 girls behind the counter, one on her phone. Not one of them said hello or even acknowledged me. When I finally found what I was looking for, (no thanks to them) the girl serving me was sneezing then picked up my product and handed it to me. I'm in shock. The manager should be looking into who he's hiring because that was disgusting & I'll never go back.
