This is their main number and will show when they call. If someone is after you specifically as a member, they will leave a message and ask you to ring a 1300 number to get to that person direct

Yes that is First State Super in Wollongong, it is their outgoing call number. You will need to ring them back on 1300 650 873 to get a response

This is a legit number...It is a Superannuation Company calling you... so if you have super and you have a super account it is worth trying yo call them back. It is a call centre but not an off shore one, it is based in Wollongong NSW. Not Spam!!!
The person I spoke to was very good and advised me correctly.

100% Legitimate. In fact they were very helpful to me. Maybe it's because they owe me money!

Definately a number from FSS as they have an office in Wollongong and the area code is 42.

Jane

I received a call from this number. I was expecting a call from a tradie so I immediately called back but the number gave two rings and then cut off. I thought I had annoyed the tradie by not answering the first one but I tried several times and the same thing kept happening. Anyone know who it is and why they call?

Greg

Had 4 missed calls  from this number during this week, then a call again at 9.25am Saturday august 2 which I answered. There was a short silence, the sort you get from a call centre in Mumbai India. Then a pre-record Australian male accent voice told me I would receive bonus WEBJET points if I made a booking. The call then disconnected. I called the number back but it just rings out. I contacted WEBJET who told me they only use email to contact customers. I have added this number to our block list on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER, Link: https://www.donotcall.gov.au/. Hope this helps someone.
