Caller: Parktrent Properites Group (Real Estate Agent) Parktrent Properites Group, they are a Real Estate Business.
Legit call for me at least. They just calling for a courtesy reminder appointment booking I have with them. I suppose in their business they must have try to get some lead (hence other people didn't like them in the comments).
For me this was a solicited call and expected.
