Would love to know why calling me at 2AM is appropriate

Been receiving calls from this number twice a day for about a week now. I have blocked this number on my phone so I don't receive the calls, however, they got smart...each time they send me SMS, to tell me that I've missed a call from this number, and to call another number to opt out. This is getting even more annoying.

Just got a call from these people, after answering with ''hello'', a male on the phone immediately said ''sorry i've got the wrong number.'' bit strange

Received a SMS message on my mobile: "left a message that cannot be converted to text." I guess this is the parasite's way of getting me to call them... Sneaky S O Bs

This company have NO MORALS or RESPECT. They call asked for my late partner, after explaining that he has recently passed away they switch their attention to myself. No "Oh we are sorry to hear or we will remove his from our data base" No they just go straight into "oh can we interest you" like "NO" " Fu@# Off", even after I hung up they called back like 5min later again asking to speak to my late partner. How un-professional of this company.
