Scam call centre. I still don’t understand why the government doesn’t crack down on these.

Dodgy AF. Called them back - of course from private number (that’s my trick) went to a recorded message about BPO Outreach services then hold music. Looked up the number - and BPO Outreach services. I’m so sick of these cyber criminal scam artists and their bullsh*t. Our telcos have a long way to go because this CAN be stopped but they won’t spend the money on the technology to do it cos too interested in shareholder returns 😡😡😡

Automated caller: "Academic emergency notice. If you are English press 1, if you are Chinese press 2...." Didn't' answer, went to voicemail and got the message. Didn't press anything, number blocked.
