I called back the number (02) 4067 5189 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

Caller: registered as fraud on my phone so didnt answer.

I declined the call, rather than letting it ring through. This was the 4th time they've called me since Friday 8/11/19. Because I declined so quickly, the operative calling left a voicemail thinking she was talking to me. She identified herself and said she was calling from Chase Edwards. A quick Google search said they're an investment firm. Blocked their number.
