Automated message regarding orders - a scam not placed

Message left to say $99.99 would be deducted from my account. If I didn't place the order then I needed to return the call to cancel the order!

Said I had placed an order on eBay which I hadn’t. gave number options eg press 3 to cancel etc. A foreign accent person answered after selecting to cancel order but quality of call was poor and cut out.

Automated message saying money is going to be taken from my acc unless I act now blah blah scam

Told me I placed an order for $99.99 and it would be debited from my account, I was told I had to ring them back of I didn't place the order.
