SATS is (as the name implies) the smoke alarm testers. It's a service/maintenance company.

These guys maintain smoke alarm(s) in your place on behalf of your landlord/strata management in good order. They come by once a year to test it and replace the batteries. Sometimes they come to replace entire smoke alarm when it goes beyond service life. Usually they send letters ahead of time to all residents of the building to impose their own schedule of maintenance on the entire building. Sometime they call residents individually when something special comes up in one flat (i.e. individual smoke alarm approaches it's obsolence date) and give you an option to select your own time of visit from a very limited set of choices. In fact, I'm sitting and waiting for them to show up right now.

They are definitely not telemarketers, this site simply does not have suitable category to put them into (service/maintenance company). I'm going to put them as Event Reminders - they normally remind you of their impending visit if they call you. Hope this clears up some confusion.
