Caller: Some Asian guy who said he was calling from Singapore.

Wanted to discuss some investments he reckons we spoke about months ago. Never heard of him.

I have received 8 calls in the past two weeks, had it on block since the first call and they still come through, baffled.

Bloody annoying Marketers .. Unsolicited Calls

These idiots just keep ringing... 3 times one after the other.. Just harassing people.

Continually ringing twice a day saying they are from market research and a colleague had contacted me about investments and wanted to confirm my email and details I've asked them to take my number off their list and they hang up if you ask to speak to their supervisors they also hang up. Bloody scammers obviously

I just got a phone from an Asian lady. Similarly offering investment and confirming my email address. I simply said I'm not interest and hung up. I've now blocked this number on my mobile.

Caller: Investment company

said they have been told that I had spoken to one of their colleagues and asked them to call me about investing. Ask him if he knew what "f*ck off" meant! Had to repeat myself 3 times. Then informed him that if he called me again I would find out where he lived.....

I have a whistle handy and give them a blast after saying hello...im always polite.. lol

Asked if my email was address she read out was correct...no! How did you get my number? A colleague! I hung up

Make sure to complain about these people to ACMA. I receive about 10 calls per week from them, and I have been complaining about them for months.

Scam

Some Asian, this is the second call, short garble and I hang up

Caller: Marketing Solutions or something generic

Lied about agreeing to the call about investments. I certainly did not do any such thing. Persistent scammers, different numbers each time they call from different worldwide area codes.

Was called by an Asian-sounding female who told me that I had spoken with a colleague about investment opportunities some months ago. I told her that I did not recall any such conversation and insisted that I be removed from her organisation's calling list. She tried to engage me in further conversation about investment instead, and I hung up on her.

An Asian lady from Singapore offering some sort of investment a couln't understand.

Told him numerous time not interested then hung up!

Caller: A man who said he was calling from Singapore

First time, he offered investment advice. Second time, I let it ring and left a voice message with nothing on it - and, sounded like a call center.

Lady from Singapore asking about investments and could hear that she was in a call centre. Have also had calls in the last week from a Singapore number (unknown to me) and I did not answer them and no message was left. All numbers now blocked.
