Yes, I think it is a scam. An Indian sounding guy called me to advise my IP address had been compromised and he was calling from the National Security Services. He also advised my landline would be disconnected in two hours time!

I think this number is operated by scammers (organised crime).
They phoned, claiming to be from a government law enforcement agency, and told me my computer has been taken over by scammers, and said that my IP address has been closed down. I know the last part is not true.
