Indian call centre obviously trying to scam but are too stupid as they left the line open for almost five minutes so I could hear everyone in the background. They are rattling off their scam to people on other phone calls but didn't know I was on the line.
Also, they call on a public holiday and wonder why Australians don't believe they are legit. Call centres that are legit, would be briefed not to call Aussies on public holidays, especially ANZAC Day.
Bloody idiots.

Claimed to be Telstra Technical Department. Calling about a fault with our computer. I told them the whole family had caught the virus from the computer but that our GP had fixed it for us.

This number called me on Anzac Day. The caller said he was from Telstra and wanted to 'help' me with a problem with my Internet connection. When I called back the voice said the number was not connected.

Since lunch time I have had this caller FIVE times. First time an actual "Hello, I am technology department of Telstra" answer me, I told him not to ring on ANZAC Day and show some respect. They called back a further four times and hung up on me. It's their call money they are wasting, not mine.

Had a call on the ANZAC day public holiday from this number - was a prolonged silence then an automated voice said 'Goodbye' and it hung up. Weird
