Tried to tell me they were from Telstra and my internet wasn’t secure and had viruses, thought I would play with them .... first guy had a really bad line so he put me on to a supervisor,

My internet has been downloaded as well as my IP,ok
We will send you an email LOL, I don't have any emails from Telstra ......we will send you an email...... OK what my account number,

now if you will just follow my institutions I can show you how you have been hacked.

Unfortunately I had to do other stuff so I had to end the call and I was having fun.

This number is being used by Indian scammers who ask for details in order to proxy in to your computer to install viruses. They may also try to get bank details.

Either string them along to waste their time (if you are that way incline) or tell them to get lost. Do not do what they ask in any way, they are crooks.

Indian sounding woman told me she was from Telstra and that my internet had been compromised and hacked and only she can fix it. When I said she was a scammer she started to shout at me and told me to f*&^ off. Charming language indeed!

He said his name was Alex Martin
I asked him for his telstra id no he said 200139 - confirmed with Telstra not a valid number
It sounds like he is in a call centre SO BEWARE
He said we are having trouble with our internet connection and looking at you tube etc when searching for things on the website.
Please be aware this is a SCAM do not give them anything. Contact telstra scam dept on 1300 795 995 to block them from your number

this man was agressive and rude and tried to get me to follow his orders to 'reconnect my telstra internet'. Reported to Telstra, is a scammer for sure.

Scammer, asked for Telstra ID number, silence. Could hear her flicking through pages. Told her to check her script. Her supervisor comes over and she starts spouting a number. Wrong, not a telstra ID number, I know how they are formated, you need to try harder and pick up your game when you are trying to scam people.
