No call ever received, but premium fee charged to account.

Received am SMA. got charged $6.60 on my bill. Haven't a clue who they are and I didn't request anything online. ..opted out after contacting my provider who gave me information about these type do if calls. .

noticed this charge for the last 3 months ..... very frustrated.
put a bar on it..... if i didn't check it out today..... they would have kept charging......

SCAM

I get a txt from 19904598 every month then $6 60 taken from my prepaid Credit I have spoken with Telstra they have no idea They said I must have subscribe to play games which I did not how do I stop this ?

charged $6.60 for a call i didn't make. this just appeared on my bill after i moved from pre paid to a plan

Received sms chg on my bill for $6.60 . Said I sent the msg at 10:09pm on the 24/02/2017. Hard to do
when phone was switched off and I was in bed.

They have deducted money that I haven't authorised

I never requested text message just appeared on my smartphone ???
Never went on any website???

Charged a $6 download fee. Called twice
