this number has sent me two sms messages saying my friend shared a link on facebook - I don't recall asking for any such and know it's trying to rip me off for expensive premium sms - the first message said 'Reply "stop" or go to https://fb.me/28ml(long number) to turn off SMS for your Facebook account on this mobile number'

I ain't gonna click on the link as I'm pretty sure they want to charge $1+ per reply, so I replied 'stop' - said 'Not sent. Tap to try again.' - I tried 'STOP' - said 'Not sent. Tap to try again.' - so I'm worried about how to stop this scam number - a PITA.

I was on Facebook and messages came up I was locked out and to change my password. This number was the where the verification code was sent

They have been constantly sending messages despite being blocked and asked to stop. They are notifying me that my instagram friend recommendations have been found but I have all Instagram notifications turned off. They keep somehow messaging me and it is very annoying and I am unable to stop. The website they send links to a login Instagram but I don't trust them enough to give them my details.
