I keep getting 42 times in just one hour phone calls from 0198339999 it never stops. There are no options nothing to make them stop their Computer Talking to me and is useless to call the sh!t number. This started on 19 March 2015. I have looked on the Internet and people have the same problem since 2011. Someone says is from a telephone company call Telstra but I am not with them so Telstra does not care in putting a STOP to these sh!t Automated calls. Someone has to drive a Truck and Blow Up those Criminals calls Telstra to stop those Telemarketers. Telstra is so F***ING lucky I am not ISIS because if I were I drive a F***KING Truck myself. F***K YOU Telstra for caring more about making money from Telemarketers that living people in Australian in peace. Telstra they are behaving like ISIS Muslims and they USA needs to send an Airplane to drop Hellfire Bombs on their Headquarters. Those criminals call Telstra they better STOP those Telemarketers using SMS 0198339999 to call me. Because if my Mind gets Interrupted it will be Self Defence if I get Revenge. You do not want to make me Angry rubbish Telstra.

it's not a prank caller, it is Telstra "text to talk". The first part of the message I got listed the rego number of the new car I bought last week and the next part said "we trust you are satisfied with the service provided, if you have any concerns please call back on this number" the Telstra service then went on to identify the number, which is the salesman I bought the car from number

Hi All,
you can have 0198339999 blocked through your phone system, depending on the brand your phone system programmer can have this number entered into the speed dials list on the phone system and then sent it to a virtual group which will then hang up.
it doesn't take long, we are a Nec and Panasonic Dealer and i do this for all our customers.

This number has called every 10 minutes for the last 5 hours harrassing my elderly mother. It is a recorded message of harrassment and this number needs to be blocked. Do not answer.

Explained at https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Home-Phones/Telstra-s-Fixed-Line-SMS-service-Talking-text-Send-Receive-from/ta-p/235691 Talking Text SMS: Received calls from 0198339100 and 0198339999 is Telstra's Talking Text service. If you receive a call from this number it is someone trying to send you an SMS. If you have SMS capable equipment, T-hub, other SMS capable handset or a fax machine, it will be able to receive the message, otherwise it will read the SMS out to you using a computerised voice.

I received a call from this number on Saturday 27.5.17 at 17.21. As soon I heard it was a message which I could understand I hung up. I would like to know if anyone knows who these people are and why are they sending home phone messages?

Hey Super Angry Looks like I am on their hit list with my telephone both call and text. Came on net to find out who they were and find the phone number (07) 5479 5558 and text 0198339999 both spam and both could be discount holidays. Your message is amazing, you sure are creative or....very very mad.....thanks for making my day. Good luck to all of us trying to be rid of spam on email, phone and text. We sure have better things to do with our time than deleting all this rubbish. Have had no luck blocking with Telstra either plus their NBN email is pathetic, takes hours to clear or file inbox. Have spent hours with them trying to fix but nothing works permanently. Got to the stage am thinking of ditching all technology and getting back a life.

Received call this morning. Stating that I have a new mobile number for my Commonwealth Bank Account. Hung up before any further bullsh*t. Will probably ask for the entry of personal PIN to confirm. Automated and no name for the text message. SCAMMERS

I listened to the message twice. The first time I did nothing and the calls kept coming. The second time I recorded the message but could not understand it in any case. I noted that the call came from a different number. I looked up the number and it is spam. The web address is au.call.plus/ the telephone number. The screen will show a number of ads. There are lot of numbers coming up on the screen indicating how many hits the number had in the past 20 minutes. This really is harassment. iinet did not have an answer but are working on stopping the sms text to voice service but I will be ringing Telstra in the morning even though I am not a customer.

really what are you 12 , i also am unhappy about them, but you sir are either retarded or just have 1st world problems, you are getting phone calls , and you threaten some ones life ? what is wrong with you that you feel so self entitled that you think you have the right to physically hurt some one ? To say one is lucky you are not a terrorist org is just plain, well childish to say the least not to mention completely insane that you would even think like that . You sir would have to be one of the most self entitled person i have ever had the misfortune of meting on the internet .You have no idea what life is about nor do you sound the remotest bit intelligent . Maybe think for one second if you were not such a d*ck you would not be getting thsese sorts of calls . I have only ever had one of these calls and have had the same number for 12 years , go figure ......
