Caller: 198339100 Answered the call from 198339100 (on landline) and when they started talking about 'milk' I hung up. When the number called again i let it go to message bank. When i checked the message it actually gave me the mobile number of who was trying to contact me. A number i knew, so i rang them. Sure enough they had sent a text message to my landline, by accident, instead of sending a text to a mobile. And yes the text message was about needing to pick up some milk ;-)

Threatened to cut off our NBN account within 4 hours if we didn't reply. We don't have an NBN account (though we have recently applied). They have rung 4 times in the last 6(!) hours. What happened to their threat?

0198-339-100 has called about 5 times tonight starting at 10:30pm. Only 2 people have our home phone number and they have not passed it on to anyone. We have unplugged our phone now that it is after 11pm and still calling. A most annoying thing and such a weird number. It does not look like any Australian mobile number!

Recorded message saying it was a recorder message about a delivery. We're not expecting a delivery, but I hung up anyway. Voice had a bit of an accent, so decided not to listen to the rest of the call.

Received a call at 10:00 from this number shortly after a message from a relative's fall down alert was converted from text to message. Apart from the lateness of the call, it mean the relative's alert system may have triggered this and with the phone through NBN pulling the plug is not an option.
