I think all of these (0493891xxx) are some kind of scam spam

Scam call from from xxx customer service and ask whether I speak Chinese, when I say so, they hang up.

Caller: Mainland Chinese scam

Asked if I speak Chinese and hung up after I said no. Pretended to be service/support person for a company that I had no dealings with

Muffled Asian female voice: "are you available to call?"
*Vague answer*
Hangs up
