I not only always request email, I've advised them several times that I have slow cognitive speed from an impairment, and can't easily follow conversations in real time.
Now I will answer their emails, but not the phone. These haven't been emergencies, but my complaints about their inflexible policies regarding my impairment-related situation.
In the end I said they were acting in bad faith toward me, and refuse their calls, won't visit the local post office. The only things I could say about the guy there would be grounds for libel so I'm not saying anything about him.

I raised an issue for a missing parcel earlier and today I received a call from this number. The lady asked if I had received the parcel. I answered no - and then she said "ok, I'll email you. Have a nice day" and hung up on me. The call finished in a blink of eye.

Harassment calls, hangs up after 2 rings, following up complaint form.

I explicitly flagged as email only but of course they rang, and rang, and rang.

My mail kept being dropped of at train depot despite door to door delivery. Why the frick do we pay for it? How as a disabled client am I expected to drive an hour to and another back, for the collection point? 7th time.

Caller: Aust Post Complaints - apparently

We're told to not answer unknown numbers. I don't answer the call
On this occasion it was Sobiya S from AustPost
Probably about WHY my parcel travelled from Sydney to Brisbane to Cairns to Brisbane and then to me 63K west of Brisbane.
They will follow up by email says I have received the package now. Case Closed. NO! WHY did it take a tour of Qld ????

Australia Post Complaints - Why is this seen as an unknown number? We are told to not answer unknown numbers so why don't they ID themselves, defies any logic. Needs fixing

They were calling about an enquiry I made online about missing item, unfortunately I could not answer in time & Vanessa left a message to advise she will send an email to answer my question. Now I have to await the email.

Calls only shortly before close of business, and hangs up after two rings. Sounds like australia post to me! They've left me a couple of voicemails regarding a complaint I've filed recently regarding a parcel being close to fifty days overdue.

Because after raised Jan 2022 when you complain to Austpost they have on form if you wish to have them call you or email.

But they ignore request to email, and telephone you instead. Then claim made contact. Shocking.
